摘 要:首先以H_(2)O_(2)与KMnO_(4)、KHF_(2)为原料制备出K_(2M)nF_(6)粉末,然后以所制备的K_(2M)nF_(6)粉末和H2SiF6、KHF_(2)溶液为原料通过液相球磨的方法制备出了单分散球状K_(2)SiF_(6)∶Mn^(4+)荧光粉,同时制备了一个没有采用液相球磨的对照样品。通过比较二者的结构形貌和光学性能的差别得出,单分散球状K_(2)SiF_(6)∶Mn^(4+)荧光粉具有更窄的粒度分布、更优异的发光性能和封装性能;最后,对所制备的这种单分散球状K_(2)SiF_(6)∶Mn^(4+)荧光粉进行了LED封装,实现了2700 K色温的白光LED灯珠。In this paper,H_(2)O_(2),KMnO_(4),KHF_(2)are used as raw materials to prepare K_(2M)nF_(6)powder,and then use the prepared K_(2M)nF_(6)powder and H2SiF6,KHF_(2)solution to prepare monodisperse spherical K_(2)SiF_(6)∶Mn4+phosphor by liquid phase ball milling.At the same time,a control sample without liquid phase ball milling was prepared.The superior performance of monodisperse spherical K_(2)SiF_(6)∶Mn4+phosphor was studied by comparing the difference between the structure morphology and optical properties of the two.Finally,the monodisperse spherical K_(2)SiF_(6)∶Mn4+phosphor prepared by us was applied to LED packaging,and a white LED lamp bead with a color temperature of 2700 K was realized.
