摘 要:利用Al_(2)(SO_(4))_(3)为铝源,尿素为沉淀剂,采用水热-热解法制备出球形α-Al_(2)O_(3)。考察了水热反应时间、反应温度及铝源浓度等反应条件对α-Al_(2)O_(3)粉体结晶状况、晶粒尺寸、晶体形貌的影响,分析了合成反应机理。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)表征了α-Al_(2)O_(3)的物相结构和表观形貌,以自制的球形氧化铝及市售Y_(2)O_(3)、Ce_(2)O_(3)为原料,采用高温固相法合成钇铝石榴石(YAG∶Ce^(3+))黄色荧光粉,结果表明:通过水热-热解法可控制合成出高分散球形α-Al_(2)O_(3)粉体。该α-Al_(2)O_(3)是白光LED用钇铝石榴石荧光粉的良好基材。Herein,Al_(2)(SO_(4))_(3)and urea are employed as the aluminum source and precipitating agent,respectively,to obtain sphericalα-Al_(2)O_(3)powder via hydrothermal-assisted pyrolysis method.The influence of hydrothermal reaction time,reaction temperature and aluminum source concentration on crystallization and morphology ofα-Al_(2)O_(3)powder is systematically investigated.The crystal structure and apparent morphology ofα-Al_(2)O_(3)were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The yellow phosphor powder YAG∶Ce^(3+)was synthesized through the high temperature solid state method with taking the home-made alumina in three different shapes and the commercial Y_(2)O_(3),Ce_(2)O_(3)as the raw materials.The results reveal that the highly-dispersed sphericalα-Al_(2)O_(3)powder can be obtained by hydrothermal-pyrolysis method.Theα-Al_(2)O_(3)is a good base for Y3Al5O12∶Ce^(3+)phosphor powder.
