摘 要:目的通过对艾滋病(AIDS)疫苗研发现状、热点内容、发展趋势等进行可视化软件分析,为相关人员进行AIDS疫苗后续研究提供参考依据。方法收集美国Web of Science核心合集数据库发布的全部AIDS疫苗研究文献,运用可视化软件CiteSpace和VOSviewer绘制AIDS疫苗发文特征及研究热点、前沿和演变路径等科学知识图谱,并对这些可视化内容进行分析。结果共入选3270篇文献,除外1994年前后发文量翻倍增加和减少外,2012年以前,发文量稳步上升,2012年以后至今呈下降趋势。美国发文最多,且发文量前10位的学者和机构均属于美国,例如美国国家健康研究院国家过敏症和传染病研究所、杜克大学、哈佛大学等,合作网络核心位置罕见其他国家学者和机构等,中国在此方面需要加强。研究热点内容是人类免疫缺陷病毒(Human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)感染、AIDS疫苗试验、随机对照试验、经济效益、高危险因素等,研发前沿包括食蟹猴等动物模型研究、HIV免疫原研究、HIV包膜蛋白研究、AIDS疫苗中和抗体研究和HIV-1糖蛋白gp120研究等。结论以美国为首的AIDS疫苗研究处于世界领先水平,其他国家尚有广泛提升空间,应重点关注该领域的研究热点和前沿内容,缩小机构及国家之间的研究差距。Objective In order to provide references for acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS)vaccine follow-up research by analyzing the current situation,hot content and development trend of AIDS vaccine research and development.Methods All AIDS vaccine research literatures published by U.S.Web of Science core collection database platform were collected.CiteSpace and VOSviewer software were used to map the characteristics of the papers and scientific knowledge maps such as hotspots,frontiers and evolution paths,and to analyze these visualizations.Results A total of 3270 articles were selected.Except for the increasing and decreasing of the number of publications before and after 1994,before 2012,the number of publications increased steadily and showed a downward trend since 2012.The United States has the largest number of publications,and the top 10 scholars and institutions in the United States belonged to the United States,such as the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases of the National Institutes of Health,Duke University,Harvard University,etc.The core positions of the cooperative network were rare among scholars and institutions in other countries,and China needs to strengthen in this regard.Research hotspots included human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)infection,AIDS vaccine trials,randomized controlled trials,economic benefits,and high risk factors.The frontiers of research included animal model studies such as cynomolgus monkeys,HIV immunogen research,HIV envelope protein research,HIV neutralization by vaccine,antibody research,and HIV-1 glycoprotein gp120 study,etc.Conclusion The US-led AIDS vaccine research is at the world's leading level.Other countries still have room for improvement.Focus on research hotspots and cutting-edge content in this field to narrow the research gap between institutions and countries.
