电动康复机联合神经肌肉电刺激对脑出血偏瘫患者功能康复的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨电动康复机联合神经肌肉电刺激对脑出血偏瘫患者功能康复的效果。方法于2017年7月—2018年7月期间在本院神经外科选取98例脑出血偏瘫患者作为实验对象。采用随机数字表法将研究对象分为对照组和研究组各49例,对照组采用常规早期康复护理,研究组在对照组的基础上采用电动康复机联合神经肌肉电刺激方式进行干预。比较两组患者运动功能、生活质量情况。结果干预3个月后,研究组上、下肢运动功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);并且生理功能、心理功能、环境适应能力及社会功能评分均较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论对脑出血偏瘫患者应用电动康复机联合神经肌肉电刺激的方法对其功能康复有显著效果,可有效提高上下肢运动功能,明显改善生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of electric rehabilitation machine combined with neuromuscular electrical stimulation on functional rehabilitation of hemiplegic patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods From July 2016 to July 2018,98 hemiplegic patients with cerebral hemorrhage were selected as experimental subjects in neurosurgery department of our hospital.Random number table was used to divide 49 cases into control group and 49 cases into research group.The control group was given routine early rehabilitation nursing.The research group was given electric rehabilitation machine combined with neuromuscular electrical stimulation on the basis of the control group.The motor function and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After 3 months of intervention,the motor function scores of upper and lower limbs in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of physiological function,psychological function,environmental adaptability and social function in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of electric rehabilitation machine combined with neuromuscular electrical stimulation on early functional rehabilitation nursing of hemiplegic patients with cerebral hemorrhage is remarkable.It can effectively improve the motor function of upper and lower limbs and the quality of life.
