摘  要:近年来,黑臭水体已成为水环境的突出问题之一,严重破坏人居环境,影响城市形象。巨野县会盟景观带是中心城区的一条重要的景观河流,然而整治前水体污染较为严重,其溶解氧(DO)浓度较低,氧化还原电位小于-200 mV,氨氮含量大于15 mg/L,属于重度黑臭水体。项目开展了巨野县会盟景观带黑臭水体系统性综合整治工程建设,提出了外源减排及截污、内源清淤及消解底泥、水动力恢复、水质净化和生态修复5个方面系统性治理方案。工程完成后消除了黑臭水体,恢复了河道排水、防涝及景观等功能,河道水质指标优于黑臭水体标准,实现了环境生态综合提升的预期目标,为类似水体治理提供一定的借鉴。In recent years,living environment and eco-environment has been affected seriously by black and odorous water bodies,which have become one of the prominent problems in water environment.Huimeng Landscape Belt of Juye County is an important scenic river in the central city.However,the water body was polluted seriously before the renovation(e.g.,low dissolved oxygen,redox potential<-200 mV,ammonia nitrogen>15 mg/L).The construction of systematic and comprehensive improvement project(e.g.,cut the externa pollutant,clean up silt,digestion of sediment,promote water flow,water purification,and ecological restoration)was carried out on Huimeng Landscape Belt in this project.After remediation,the water quality index of the river has been better than the standard requirement of black and odorous water body,which has been realized the comprehensive improvement of environment and ecology.This study provides certain reference for similar water treatment.
