摘  要:以广东省某50万m^(3)/d给水厂为例,探究了叠合式处理构筑物的设计要点,对平流沉淀池进水区配水花墙、下叠式清水池的人孔、通气孔等重点细节进行了探讨。结果表明,采用机械混合井、网格絮凝池、平流沉淀池和清水池合建的方式可节省至少12%的占地面积;使用双层配水花墙,采用平流沉淀池各分格出水量相等的方式,可达到配水均匀和矾花不被破坏的双重效果;对于下叠式清水池的人孔、通气孔采用外扩式设计,结构形式简单,同时能避免平流沉淀池的泄露。综上所述,叠合式构筑物的设计中,平流沉淀池下叠清水池的方式可节省较大占地面积,采用双层配水花墙可起到配水均匀、矾花不被破坏效果,采用外扩式设计且合理布置人孔、通气孔可防止平流沉淀池的泄露。Taking a 500000 m^(3)/d WTP in Guangdong Province as an example,the design points of superimposed structure are explored.Details,such as water distribution wall in the intake area of horizontal sedimentation tank,manhole and ventilation hole in the superimposed clean water tank are discussed.Results show that the combined construction of mechanical mixing well,grid flocculation tank,horizontal sedimentation tank and clean water tank can save at least 12%of area occupied.The use of double-layer water distribution wall and the equal amount of water discharged from each partition of the horizontal sedimentation tank can achieve dual effects of uniform water distribution and alum flower not being destroyed.For the manholes and ventilation holes of the overlapping clean water tank,the external expansion design is adopted,which has simple structure and can avoid leakage of the horizontal sedimentation tank.In summary,in the design of superimposed structures,the way of superimposing clean water pool under the horizontal sedimentation tank can save a large area.Double-layer water distribution wall can achieve uniform water distribution effect.External expansion design and reasonable arrangement of manholes and ventilation holes can prevent leakage of the horizontal sedimentation tank.
