摘 要:东方1-1气田储层储渗性、孔隙连通性差,束缚水含量高,易水锁损害;且气田经过长期开发,储层存在严重压力衰竭,且开发层位浅,地层破裂压力低,密度窗口窄,常规的钻开液封堵性能不足导致井壁失稳及井漏频发,对储层保护造成极大的挑战。针对现场存在的问题,采用EZFLOW钻开液体系,通过优化体系流变参数,体系携岩效率与机械钻速大大提高,优选的PF-EZCARB F暂堵剂,承压15MPa,显著提高了钻开液高承压封堵性能,减少漏失损害;优选的PF-JC-1高效助排剂大幅降低返排压力,优化后的EZFLOW体系储层渗透率恢复值在90%以上,机械表皮系数降低至0.03;该体系可有效解决东方1-1气田储层保护难题,为压力衰竭型储层堵漏和保护提供参考。The reservoir of DF 1-1 gas field character by poor reservoir permeability,pore connectivity,high bound water content and damaged by water lock easily.Moreover,serious pressure failure exists in the reservoir after long-term development of the gas field,and the development horizon is shallow,the formation fracture pressure is low,the density window is narrow,and the poor plugging performance of conventional drilling fluid leads to wellbore instability and frequent well leakage,which poses a great challenge to reservoir protection.This paper aims at the problems existing in the field,EZFLOW was used to drill the fluid system in the reservoir section.By optimizing the rheological parameters of the system,the rock-carrying efficiency and mechanical drilling rate of the system were greatly improved.The optimized PF-EZCARB F temporary plugging agent,with a bearing pressure of 15MPa,significantly improved the high bearing plugging performance of the drilling fluid and reduced the loss damage.The optimized Waterproof lock agent PF-JC-1 reduces the flowback pressure significantly,and the optimized EZFLOW system has a reservoir permeability recovery value of more than 90%,the mechanical skin coefficient is reduced to 0.03.This system can effectively solve the reservoir protection problem of Dongfang 1-1 gas field,and provide reference for plugging and protection of pressure depletion reservoirs.
