淀粉基表面活性剂烷基糖苷的制备方法与应用概述

摘　　要：淀粉基表面活性剂最早出现于20世纪30年代,由于其具有较高表面活性、去污能力、生物降解性和无毒无刺激的特性,因而逐渐取代传统的表面活性剂。其中以烷基糖苷为主要的淀粉基表面活性剂的性能更为优异,越来越受到人们重视。文章主要介绍烷基糖苷的基本信息,对其生产现状和制备方法进行了阐述,最后基于烷基糖苷的特性分析了其应用现状并做出了展望。Starch-based surfactants first appeared in 1930s.Because of their high surface activity,detergency,biodegradability,non-toxicity and non-irritation,they gradually replaced traditional surfactants.Among them,starch-based surfactants with alkyl glucoside as the main component have more excellent performance,which has attracted more and more attention.This paper mainly introduces the basic information of alkyl glu-coside,expounds its production status and preparation methods,and finally analyzes its application status and prospects based on the characteristics of alkyl glucoside.
