摘　　要：甲醇精馏过程中,会发生诸多问题,其中精馏塔塔顶超压是最为常见的问题。基于此,本文围绕预精馏塔塔顶超压问题展开叙述,对其进行降压演算,借助HTRI软件对其冷却器进行数据核算。研究结果显示,该设备发生超压的问题主要原因是冷却器缺少冷量,为解决超压问题,本文提出相应改善措施,为相关领域提供一定借鉴和参考。Many problems will occur during methanol distillation,among which overpressure at the top of rectifying tower is the most common problem.Based on this,this paper describes the overpressure at the top of the pre-rectifying tower,calculates the pressure drop,and calculates the data of its cooler with HTRI software.The research results show that the main reason for the overpressure of the equipment is the lack of cooling capacity of the cooler In order to solve the overpressure problem,this paper puts forward corresponding improvement measures,and provides certain reference for related fields.
