摘  要:以膜盒为代表的超多层结构件熔焊步骤多、操作时间长,且焊缝太窄,难以实现有效连接。为了解决该问题,采用扩散连接工艺替代传统熔焊。首先建立扩散连接装配模型,实现了待焊区有效接触。所有焊缝在950℃,30 MPa,60 min的最佳扩散连接工艺参数下,同时得到可靠连接,大幅提高了304不锈钢多层结构件的制作效率。改进后的定位模具能够有效防止膜盒起皱,并降低了膜盒生产成本。在扩散连接后,在层间放置高温合金垫片,采用800℃保温90 min的热处理工艺,实现了膜盒件定型,所制备的304不锈钢膜盒的压缩比可达到12.69%。The complex process sequence,long production cycle and insufficient bonded joint due to too narrow welding interface exist for in process fusion welding the super-multilayer structures represented by diaphragm.In order to solve this problem,the diffusion bonding technology was chosen instead of fusion welding.The assembly model for diffusion bonding was firstly proposed.The valid contact between the surfaces to be bonded was achieved.All the layers were effectively bonded at the same time when the optimal diffusion bonding parameters of 950℃,30 MPa and 60 min were used.The production efficiency of 304 stainless steel diaphragm is greatly improved.The modified assembly model can help to prevent the wrinkling of diaphragm and reduce its production cost.After diffusion bonding operation,the superalloy shims were placed between the layers,the diaphragm shape was fixed by heating at treatment 800℃for 90 min.The compression ratio of the diaphragm reaches to 12.69%.
