摘  要:轴流泵叶轮在五轴联动加工过程中,机床、夹具、刀具及工件之间容易发生碰撞干涉和过切等现象,影响零件的加工质量,甚至影响机床的精度和性能。为了提高机床运行的可靠性,预测加工过程中可能出现的程序错误和数控机床的安全隐患,必须提前对刀位文件和机床运动进行仿真验证。以轴流泵叶轮零件为例,通过NCSIMUL数控仿真系统对数控加工程序进行验证和对比分析,从而提高零件的加工效率。In the process of five-axis machining of axial flow pump impeller,collision,interference and over-cutting may occur between machine tool,fixture,cutter and workpiece,which will not guarantee the quality of parts and even affect the accuracy and performance of machine tool.In order to improve the reliability of machine tool operation,to predict the possible program errors and the hidden trouble of NC machine tool safety,it is necessary to carry out the simulation verification of the tool position file and the machine tool movement in advance.Taking axial flow pump impeller as an example,the NC machining program is verified and compared by NCSIMUL numerical control simulation system,so as to improve the efficiency of machining.
