摘　　要：白芯、白点是织物印花的常见疵病之一,发生率较高,数量多,疵病成品的修复耗费大量人力,严重影响产品质量,延长印花产品的完成周期,造成经济损失。阐述了印花织物白芯、白点的疵病形态、产生原因及克服办法,并介绍了短纤、花衣毛的存在形式、形成原因及去除方法。White core and white spot is one of the common defects in fabric printing.The occurrence rate of the de-fect is high,and the quantity is large,and the repair of the defect product requires a lot of manpower,which seriously af-fects the product quality,delays the completion date of the printing product,and causes economic losses.The defect forms,causes and overcoming methods of white core and white spot in printed fabric were expounded,and the existing forms,forming reasons and removing methods of staple fiber and figured wool were introduced.
