摘　　要：尽管2020年新冠肺炎疫情肆虐全球,但纺织化学品行业和染整行业仍进一步强化对有害纺织化学品的管控。从REACH法规中3个限制物质清单的新变化、STANDARD 100 byOEKO-TEX^(■)的新标准、AAFA限制物质清单与其他法规的新要求等3个方面阐述了2021年国际市场对禁限用纺织化学品的新规定和新要求。Despite COVID-19 was ravaging the whole world in 2020,the textile chemical industry and the dyeing and finishing industry still further strengthened the management and the control to harmful textile chemicals.The new stipulations and requirements for prohibited and restricted textile chemicals in 2021 on the international market were in the paper described from three respects,such as new changes of three restricted substances lists in the REACH regulation,new standards of STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX^(■)and new requirements of AAFA RSL and other regulations.
