摘  要:研究高效阻燃胶TF-687HS直涂与发泡涂层在不同丙纶织物上的阻燃效果、手感和透气性以及抗粘剂TF-399对涂层面粘连性的影响。结果表明,丙纶织物的经纬密度和单位面积质量是影响阻燃效果的重要因素,经纬密度相近时,单位面积质量高的丙纶织物不易阻燃,单位面积质量相近时,经纬密度低的丙纶织物不易阻燃;同一丙纶织物采用两种涂层工艺涂层阻燃效果差异不大,但手感、透气性差异较大,直涂后的织物手感偏硬、透气性差,发泡涂层后的织物手感柔软、丰满,透气性良好;阻燃胶中添加抗粘剂可以改善涂层面粘连情况,但效果存在局限性;抗粘剂面涂可有效解决涂层面粘连问题,对涂层面起到很好的保护作用。The flame retardant effect,handle and air permeability of high efficiency flame retardant TF 687HS direct coating and foam coating on different polypropylene fabrics were studied,and the effect of antisticking agent TF-399 on the tackiness of coating surface was also studied.The results showed that the warp and weft density and unit area quality of polypropylene fabric were important factors affecting flame retardancy.Polypropylene fabric with similar warp and weft density,the polypropylene fabric with high unit area quality was not easy to flame retardant,while the low warp and weft density polypropylene fabric was not easy to flame retardant when the unit area was similar.The results also showed that there was little difference in flame retardant effect between the two coating processes,but the handle and air permeability had great difference.The fabric with direct coating has hard handle and poor air permeability,while the fabric with foam coating had soft and plump handle and good air permeability.The addition of antisticking agent to flame retardant adhesive could reduce the tackiness of coating surface,but the effect was limited.While surface coating with antisticking agent could solve this problem more effectively,and played a good role in protecting the flame retardant coating.
