摘 要:为优化有机硅含铜副产物中铜回收工艺,利用铁屑置换回收有机硅含铜废液中的铜,考察了废液体系pH值、反应温度、反应时间以及铁屑用量对铜回收率的影响。结果表明,随着体系pH值的增大,铜回收率先升后降;随着反应温度的增加、反应时间的延长、铁屑用量的增加,铜回收率不断提高,达到98%后趋于稳定。较佳的工艺条件为体系pH值1.9,反应温度40℃,反应时间60 min,铁屑用量为理论消耗值的142%,在此工艺条件下,铜回收率可达98%。In order to optimize the copper recovery process from the copper-containing by-products of organosilicon,iron filings were used to replace and recover copper in the organosilicon copper-containing waste liquid.The influence of the pH value of the waste liquid system,temperature,time and iron filings amount on copper recovery rate were investigated.The results show that as the pH value of the system increases,the copper recovery rate first rises and then decreases;with the increase of the temperature,time and iron filings,the copper recovery rate continues to increase,and becomes stable after reaching 98%.The optimal process conditions are with pH value of 1.9,temperature of 40℃,60 min,and iron filings consumption of 142%(the theoretical consumption value).Under the process conditions,the copper recovery rate can reach 98%.
