摘 要:通过梳理我国建筑能耗发展现状,详细解读了碳达峰、碳中和的预测方法。以建筑节能降碳为目标,建立了系统的建筑能源规划方法,研究建筑能源规划过程中的核心步骤,包括规划原则与目标设定、能源需求分析、资源潜力评估、能源系统配置、能源智慧管控及规划综合评估几个方面,研究内容可为我国城市绿色化、低碳化发展提供支撑。By combing the development of building energy consumption in China,this paper elaborated the prediction method of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,which also established a systematic building energy planning method with the goal of building energy saving and carbon reduction.The core steps in the process of building energy planning were studied,including planning principles,goal setting,energy demand analysis,resource potential assessment,energy system configuration,intelligent energy management and control,and comprehensive planning assessment.The research can provide support for the green and low-carbon development of cities in China.
