摘 要:上海汽轮机厂联合西门子公司生产的超超临界汽轮机,因其技术先进、热效率高、结构紧凑等优势,装备量在国内百万机组领域占据相当大的份额,主汽门与汽缸直接连接的独特结构,导致部分真空泄漏点在投产初期及采用常用查漏方法时不易被察觉。低压外缸直接支撑在凝汽器上,导致传统的高水位查漏需对凝汽器支撑条件进行精确计算而难以开展,撷取在1000 MW汽轮机真空系统严密性治理过程中的三次非常规实际案例加以分析并给出解决方案。Ultra supercritical steam turbine produced by Shanghai steam turbine works and Siemens Co.,Ltd.occupies a considerable share in the domestic million unit field due to its advanced technology,high thermal efficiency,compact structure and other advantages.Due to the unique structure of direct connection between main steam valve and cylinder,some vacuum leakage points are not easy to be detected at the initial stage of production when using common leak detection methods.Low pressure outer cylinder is directly supported on the condenser,which makes it difficult to carry out accurate calculation for the traditional high water level leak detection.The paper provides three unconventional practical cases in the process of tightness control of 1000 MW steam turbine vacuum system and analyzes with solution.
