摘  要:风洞群动力资源系统具有分布分散、结构复杂、集成度高的特点,缺乏故障预判、维修策略建议、危险源监测等手段。为提高系统的管理水平和维修保障效能,基于信息物理系统(CPS)思想,构建包括“状态感知、实时分析、科学决策和精确执行”4个环节的全闭环保障体系架构,以工单为中心,以工单形成、提交、审批、执行、反馈为主线,将监测分析、设备健康评估、故障诊断、维修维护、维修效果评估、设备健康管理知识库、IETM和便携式维修辅助终端进行集成,初步形成了一体化的动力系统综合保障方案,为动力系统的使用、维护、培训等工作提供了系统、全面的技术支撑。The power system of wind tunnel group has the characteristics of dispersed distribution,complex structure and high integration,lack of fault prediction,maintenance strategy suggestions,hazard source monitoring and so on.In order to improve the management level and maintenance efficiency of power system in wind tunnel,a full closed-loop support architecture is constructed based on the idea of cyber-physical system(CPS),including“state awareness,real-time analysis,scientific decision-making and accurate execution”.With the work order as the center,taking the work order formation,submission,approval,execution and feedback as the main line,integrating the monitoring analysis,equipment health evaluation,fault diagnosis,maintenance,maintenance effect evaluation,knowledge base of equipment health management,IETM and portable maintenance assistant terminal,an integrated comprehensive support program for power system is initially formed,which provides systematic and comprehensive technical support for the use,maintenance and training of power system.
