摘  要:研究X80钢在不同交流电流密度作用下的电化学腐蚀机理,开展以扫面电镜等先进技术为导向的金属腐蚀直观研究,运用不同实验前提下的腐蚀产物的XRD谱数据展开对比分析,研究腐蚀产物产生机理及其特性。最后运用多维数据支撑提出了经济合理的防腐措施。For purpose of investigating corrosion behavior of X80 steels under alternating current,an experimental study on the electrochemical corrosion mechanism under the action of different electric charge densities was carried out,including visual research on the metal corrosion guided by advanced technology such as scanning electron microscope,and the comparative analysis of XRD spectrum data of corrosion products under different experimental conditions so as to study the mechanism and other characteristics of corrosion products,as well as basing on multidimensional data support to find economic and reasonable anti-corrosion measures.
