摘  要:管壳式换热器壳程折流板采用的是单弓形折流板,在研究换热器的传热性能时,首先考虑以综合传热效率作为性能评价指标。以单弓形折流板为研究对象,利用Fluent软件模拟9种参数组合下的换热器性能,得到9组综合性能评价因子。然后基于正交试验对比分析得到折流板缺口高度(h=95mm)、折流板数量(n=4)和折流板开孔孔径(d=8mm)是使换热器换热效率最佳的最优参数组合。The shell-and-tube heat exchanger’s shell-side baffle adopts a single arc baffle.The comprehensive heat transfer efficiency has to be considered as the performance evaluation index while studying the heat transfer performance there.In this paper,through taking the single bow baffle as the research object,having Fluent software employed to simulate heat exchanger’s performance at 9 various parameters combinations and obtain 9 sets of comprehensive performance factors;and then,having the comparative analysis of orthogonal experiments based to obtain an optimal baffle notch height(h=95mm),baffle number(n=4)and baffle hole diameter(d=8mm)so that the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger can become best.
