摘 要:以压力容器用聚乙烯(PE)衬里为研究对象,采用CIVA仿真模拟软件超声模块对衬里与钢界面脱粘、分层及衬里层气泡等缺陷进行检测,结果表明10.0MHz、Ф6mm的单晶带延迟块直探头对PE衬里的3种缺陷具有良好的检测效果。对人工缺陷试块进行了超声检测,结果表明带延迟块的超声探头将近场区控制在延迟块内,对PE衬里的分层和界面脱粘缺陷具有较好的检出效果,且与CIVA仿真模拟结果吻合。Taking polyethylene(PE)liner as the object of study,employing ultrasonic module of CIVA simulation software to detect unstuck defect between the lining and steel surface,delamination and bubbles in the lining layer was implemented to show that,the 10.0MHz and Ф6mm single crystal probe with delay block has a good detection effect for three defects in the PE lining.In addition,ultrasonic testing of the artificial defect test block showed that,the ultrasonic probe with delay block can have near field area controlled within the delay block,and it has a good detection effect for the PE lining’s delamination and surface debonding defects and it coincides well with CIVA simulation results.
