摘 要:选取NPS8—Class300楔式闸阀为研究对象,根据阀门壳体和密封试验条件,运用有限元分析闸阀在试验下的变形、密封情况。选择闸阀阀座厚度、密封面宽度、密封面起始高度3个结构参量,对阀座进行优化,得到密封宽度与密封比压的关系。结果表明:闸阀原始设计满足压力试验要求,但密封性能不足,优化后的最大密封比压降低了24%,小于材料的许用应力。Through taking NPS8—Class300 wedge gate valve as the research object and considering the valve housing and its sealing test conditions,the finite element analysis was used to analyze both deformation and sealing of the gate valve under the test;meanwhile,three structural parameters of the gate valve’s seat thickness,sealing surface width,and sealing starting height were employed to optimize the valve seat and to obtain relationship between the sealing width and the sealing specific pressure.The results showed that,the original design of the gate valve meets pressure test requirements except for insufficient sealing performance.The optimized maximum sealing specific pressure can be reduced by 24%,which is less than the allowable stress of the material.
