摘　　要：介绍了铝盐吸附剂的混料挤条设备,重点介绍了设备配料系统、混料机、挤条机和出料机头的设计,并提出了较详尽的操作工艺参数,包括温度和混料机的螺杆组合。经实际运行考核,该设备极大地提高了产品性能和成品率。The mixing and extrusion device for aluminum salt adsorbents used in extracting lithium from salt lake brine was introduced and the device’s batching system,mixer,extruder and die head were analyzed,including process parameters concerned and the temperature and screw configuration combination so as to improve both property and yield of the product greatly.
