摘 要:以北京市农村典型建筑为研究对象,依据不同阶段的建筑节能设计标准(50%、65%、75%),分别对农村住宅建筑本体进行能耗计算,验证分析其节能效果,用装配式建筑的方式对住宅建筑进行模块拆分,提出适合不同节能标准的农村装配式节能住宅建筑方案,并对其进行经济性分析。建议农村地区住宅建筑最低达到节能65%的设计标准,在此基础上根据经济能力的不同选择不同的节能建筑方案。Taking typical rural buildings in Beijing as the research object,according to the building energy-saving design standards(50%,65%,75%)at different stages,the energy consumption of rural residential buildings are calculated separately to verify and analyze their energy-saving effects.Using prefabricated building mode,the residential buildings are divided into different modules,this paper proposed rural prefabricated energy-saving residential building schemes suitable for different energy-saving standards,and carried out economic analysis on them.It is suggested that the residential buildings in rural areas should meet the design standard of 65%energy saving at least,and on this basis,different energy-saving building schemes should be selected according to different economic capabilities.
