摘 要:利用高掺量钢渣制备高附加值轻质节能墙材。通过改善原料比表面积、优化配方及使用助磨早强剂等措施,提高钢渣利用率;通过XRD、SEM、FI-TR等手段研究固化机制。结果表明:钢渣混合材料的最佳比表面积为500 m^(2)/kg,助磨早强剂最佳掺量为0.03%,固体废物利用率达到90%,钢渣利用率达到42.5%,制备轻质节能墙材密度为(800±5)kg/m^(3),28 d抗压强度为5.9 MPa,质量达到GB/T 23450—2009《建筑用轻质隔墙保温条板》的要求。助磨早强剂能够激发钢渣混合材料的早期水化活性,促进C-S-H凝胶、CH晶体和AFt生成,提高早期强度。In this study,high-content steel slag was used to prepare high value-added lightweight energy-saving wall materials.The utilization ratio of steel slag was improved by improving the specific surface area of raw materials,optimizing the formula and using the grinding aids.The curing mechanism was studied by XRD,SEM and FI-TR.The results show that the optimum specific surface area of steel slag mixture is 500 m^(2)/kg,and the optimum dosage of grinding aids is 0.03%.The utilization rate of steel slag is 42.5%,and the utilization rate of solid waste reached 90%.The density of the prepared material is(800±5)kg/m^(3),the 28 d compressive strength is 5.9 MPa,and the quality reaches the national standard GB/T 23450—2009"Heat preservation panels for partition wall used in buildings".TA can stimulate the early hydration activity of steel slag mixture,promote the formation of C-S-H gel,CH crystal and AFt,and improve the early strength.
