摘 要:再生材料透水砖是由再生砖骨料透水混凝土制备而成,为分析不同因素对透水砖性能的影响,运用控制变量法,研究了水胶比、目标孔隙率、砂率、再生砖骨料掺量对透水砖透水性能和抗冻性能的影响。结果表明:水胶比0.30~0.32,目标孔隙率22%~24%,砂率30%~35%,再生砖骨料掺量1104.93 kg/m^(3)为透水性能最优配合比范围,当水胶比达到0.32时,透水系数达到最大值2.36 cm/s;水胶比0.34,目标孔隙率20%~22%,砂率35%,再生砖骨料掺量1074.93 kg/m^(3)为抗冻性能最优配合比范围。Recycled material permeable bricks are made of recycled brick aggregate permeable concrete.In order to deeply analyze the influence of different factors on performances of permeable bricks,the water-binder ratio,target porosity,sand ratio,recycled brick aggregate are studied separately by using the controlled variable method to study the influence of four factors on the water permeability and frost resistance of permeable bricks.The results show that:the water-binder ratio is 0.30~0.32,the target porosity is 22%~24%,the sand ratio is 30%~35%,and the recycled brick aggregate content of 1104.93 kg/m^(3) is the optimal mix ratio range for water permeability.When it reaches 0.32,the water permeability reaches the peak point of 2.36 cm/s,the water-binder ratio is 0.34,the target porosity is 20%~22%,the sand ratio is 35%,the content of recycled brick aggregates 1074.93 kg/m^(3) is the optimal mix ratio range for frost resistance.
