摘 要:为解决采用级配断档、石粉含量高的干法制备机制砂导致砂浆工作性能下降的问题,从砂浆流变性能角度出发,经分析其屈服应力τ0与塑性黏度η,并结合分析稠度、表观密度等,考察了石粉化学组成与含量、矿物掺合料种类与用量、外加剂掺量对砂浆流变-工作性能的影响。结果表明:在石粉以惰性非黏土类矿物与非膨胀性黏土矿物为主的前提下,石粉含量9%、粉煤灰用量40%、石灰石粉用量35%、沸石粉用量小于35%、外加剂掺量为0.04%时,τ0为21~22 Pa、η为0.80~0.82 Pa·s,砂浆工作性能符合工人使用习惯。同时对比稠度发现,塑性黏度与工作状态的对应关系较好,指导砂浆调整方向更为准确。In order to solve the problem of the decline in the working performance of the mortar caused by the dry preparation of machine-made sand with high graded break gear and high stone powder content,viewing from the perspective of rheological properties of mortar,through analyzing the yield stress(τ0)and plastic viscosity(η),then compare with the mortar consistency and apparent density,this paper researched the influence of chemical composition and content of stone powder,type and amount of mineral admixture,dosage of chemical additive on rheological properties and working performance of fresh mortar.The results show that when the stone powder is chemical inertia and non swellable,the applicability of mortar has been optimized when the stone powder content was 9%,the fly ash content was 40%,the limestone powder content was 35%,zeolite powder content was less than 35%,chemical additive dosage was 0.04%.In these condition,the rheological parameter curves were fitted with Bingham model show thatτ0 was 21~22 Pa andηwas 0.80~0.82 Pa·s.In comparison with using the mortar consistency for adjust working performance,the plastic viscosity(η)was more accurate.
