摘 要:以料浆流动性及凝结时间为指标,利用扫描电镜、水化微量热仪等分析了生石膏掺量及其比表面积对熟石膏性能的影响。结果表明:生石膏可以缩短石膏的水化诱导期,促凝效果显著;随着生石膏掺量的增加,石膏硬化浆体密度和强度先增大后减小;当生石膏掺量较少时,二水石膏晶体间搭接紧密,强度提高;当生石膏掺量较多时,二水石膏晶体多呈细小、片状,晶体间搭接稀疏,强度降低;随着生石膏比表面积的增大,其对熟石膏促凝效果的提高率显著降低。当生石膏比表面积为1.1073 m^(2)/g,掺量为0.5%时,初、终凝时间分别为1.4、4.7 min,既能高效发挥促凝作用,满足高速生产要求,又避免生石膏过度粉磨而增加电耗,保证产品质量。The effect of gypsum dosage and specific surface area on the fluidity and setting time of slurry was investigated with scanning electron microscope(SEM),isothermal calorimeter etc.The results show that gypsum can shorten the induction period of stucco hydration,and the acceleration is remarkable.With the increase of gypsum dosage,firstly hardened gypsum paste density and mechanical strength is raised and then reduced.While in less gypsum dosage,gypsum crystals lap tightly,and the strength of gypsum is improved.While in higher gypsum dosage,gypsum crystal is small,flake,sparse,then strength is reduced.With the increase of specific surface area of gypsum,the acceleration rate decreased obviously.In this study,the gypsum has the best procoagulant effect when the specific surface area is 1.1073 m^(2)/g and the dosage is 0.5%,the initial setting is controlled at 1.4 min and the final setting is controlled at 4.7 min,which can effectively promote the setting,meet the requirements of high-speed production,avoid increasing of power consumption due to excessive grinding of raw gypsum,and ensure the product quality.
