摘 要:研究了多羟基碳水化合物类(K-1)、有机磷酸类(K-2)、胺类聚合物类(K-3)和羧酸盐类(K-4)4种开放时间调节剂对湿拌砂浆性能的影响,并采用SEM对掺入不同开放时间调节剂的湿拌砂浆胶凝体系进行SEM微观分析。结果表明:掺入开放时间调节剂后,能减小湿拌砂浆的稠度损失率,提高湿拌砂浆的保水性能、28 d抗压强度和14 d拉伸粘结强度比,其中以掺K-1开放时间调节剂的湿拌砂浆综合性能最佳;掺入开放时间调节剂后,能使湿拌砂浆体系浆体结构相对更加密实,强度得到显著提高。The effects of four kinds of opening time regulators(K-1,K-2,K-3 and K-4)on the properties of wet mixed mortar were studied.The micro analysis of the cementitious system of wet mixed mortar with different opening time regulators was carried out by SEM.The results show that the consistency loss rate of wet mixed mortar can be reduced and the water retention performance,28 d compressive strength and 14 d compressive strength of wet mixed mortar can be improved by adding open time regulator.The results show that the performance of wet mixed mortar with K-1 open time regulator is the best,the SEM micro analysis shows that the slurry structure of wet mixed mortar system is more dense and the strength is significantly improved after adding open time regulator.
