摘　　要：福祉车一词来源于日本,是方便行动不便人士出行的车辆。20世纪90年代以来,中国人口老龄化进程加快,同时拥有庞大的残障人士群体,为提高这类人群的生活质量,近年来国内汽车企业也开始福祉车的开发。在福祉车的开发过程中,轮椅约束系统的安全性及耐久性是重中之重,以一汽丰田的一款福祉车为例,介绍了一种采用仿真分析与试验手段结合的轮椅约束系统的固定装置安装部耐久性能试验方法。The term“Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle”comes from Japan,which is convenient for persons with disabilities.Since the 1990 s,China’s population aging process has accelerated,and there is a large group of persons with disabilities.In order to improve the life quality of these persons,domestic automobile enterprises have also begun to develop wheelchair accessible vehicles in recent years.In the development of wheelchair accessible vehicles,the safety and durability of wheelchair restraint system are the most important.Taking a wheelchair accessible vehicle developed by FAW Toyota as an example,this paper introduces a durability test method of the fixator mounting unit for wheelchair restraint system based on the combination of simulation analysis and test methods.
