摘  要:风电叶片在生产过程中通常需要使用喷胶,主要目的是铺层时固定纤维布,防止出现纤维布滑落现象。市场现有两种类型喷胶,分别为橡胶型喷胶和丙烯酸喷胶。研究了不同类型喷胶对层合板性能的影响和喷胶含量对层合板性能的影响,并观察层合板破坏形式的结果表明,使用喷胶会导致层合板性能下降,且随着喷胶含量的增加,层合板性能逐渐降低;通过实验得出,丙烯酸喷胶与环氧树脂结合较好,对层合板性能影响较小。In the production process of wind turbine blades,spray glue is usually used.The main purpose is to fix the fiber cloth when laying and prevent the phenomenon of fiber cloth sliding.There are two types of spray glue in the market,namely rubber spray glue and acrylic spray glue.The effects of different types of spray glue and spray glue content on the properties of laminated plates were studied,and the failure modes of laminated plates were observed.The results show that the use of spray glue will cause the performance of laminated plates to decrease,and with the increase of the spray glue content,the performance of laminated plates decreases gradually.In addition,the experimental results show that the acrylic spray glue bonds well with epoxy resin,which has little effect on the properties of laminated plates.
