摘  要:利用万能拉伸试验机对风电叶片用粘接剂和手糊树脂进行剪切性能研究,通过分析两者的剪切破坏形貌和剪切强度,探讨使用手糊树脂纤维布修复粘接剂缺胶的可行性,为现场缺陷修复提供理论依据。结果表明,叶片工艺中粘接剂抗剪强度12~24 MPa,手糊树脂抗剪强度24.09 MPa,且两者破坏形貌一致,因此手糊树脂抗剪强度可以满足叶片工艺中粘接剂的抗剪要求。The universal tensile testing machine is used to study the shear properties of the adhesive and hand lay-up resin for wind turbine blades.By analyzing the shear failure morphology and shear strength of the both,the feasibility of using hand lay-up resin fiber cloth to repair the lack of glue in the adhesive is discussed to provide the theoretical basis for on-site defect repair.The results show that in the blade process,the shear strength of the adhesive is 12 to 24 MPa,the shear strength of hand lay-up resin is 24.09 MPa,and their failure morphology is the same.Therefore,the shear strength of hand lay-up resin can meet the shear requirements of the adhesive in the blade process.
