打孔注胶对风电叶片缺陷修复有效性的试验验证

摘  要:风电叶片制造中对于缺胶问题的修复通常采用打孔注胶方式。通过使用垫片限厚制样和切割机切削多余粘接剂,制备拉伸剪切试样,研究了无缺胶试样以及打孔注胶对亮面进行粘接修补后试样的粘接性能差异,以确定打孔注胶是否为一种有效的缺胶修复方式。试验结果发现:无缺胶对比试样与打孔注胶方式制样对粘接剂拉伸剪切强度影响不大;打孔注胶可有效完成粘接剂亮面粘接,通过打孔注胶完成亮面粘接后拉伸剪切性能与无缺胶对比试样差别不大。In the manufacture of wind turbine blades,the repair of the lack of adhesive usually uses the method of hole drilling and adhesive infection.The tensile shear samples are prepared by using gasket to limit the sample thickness and cutting machine to cut excess adhesive.The difference of bonding properties of the samples without lack of adhesive and after repairing the bright surface by hole drilling and adhesive infection is studied to determine whether hole drilling and adhesive infection is an effective way to repair the lack of adhesive.The experimental results show that the contrast sample without lack of adhesive and the sample prepared by hole drilling and adhesive infection have little effect on the tensile shear strength of the adhesive.The hole drilling and adhesive infection can effectively complete the bright surface bonding of the adhesive.The tensile shear strength properties of the bright surface bonded by hole drilling and adhesive infection are not much different from those of the contrast sample without lack of adhesive.
