摘　　要：电泳涂装具有涂层耐蚀性能优良,覆盖能力好,涂装设备自动化程度高,污染少,涂料利用率高等特点,是一种环保高性能的涂装方式,广泛应用于汽车涂装领域。基于一种低温阴极电泳漆的研发实践,介绍了其制备工艺流程和特点,以及它的各项性能和配套性应用。Electrophoretic coating has the characteristics of excellent corrosion resistance,good coverage,high automation of coating equipment,less pollution and high utilization rate of coating.It is an environmental protection and high performance coating method,which is widely used in the field of automobile coating.Based on the research and development practice of a low temperature cathodic electrophoretic paint,the preparation process and characteristics,as well as its performance and matching application are introduced.
