摘  要:目的分析男性尿道旁腺感染的临床特点、病原菌及药物敏感性。方法收集2016年1月-2019年12月于温州医科大学附属第一医院泌尿外科就诊的男性尿道旁腺感染的患者共200例,统计尿道旁腺感染患者的临床特点,病原菌及其耐药性。结果200例尿道旁腺感染患者均有不同症状的疼痛刺激症状,包括尿频(30.50%)、尿急(29.00%)、尿道外口存在分泌物(20.00%)等症状,其中有52例患者存在2种及以上症状;共培养分离病原菌293株,其中革兰阴性菌59株占20.14%,以大肠埃希菌和铜绿假单胞菌为主;革兰阳性菌84株占28.67%,以粪肠球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血葡萄球菌和屎肠球菌为主;真菌16株,占5.46%;淋球菌45株占15.36%,解脲型支原体54株占18.43%,人型支原体14株占4.78%,沙眼衣原体21株占7.17%;大肠埃希菌对氨苄西林的耐药率较高;铜绿假单胞菌对氨苄西林和美罗培南的耐药率较高;粪肠球菌对替考拉宁的药物敏感性达100%;金黄色葡萄球菌对青霉素的耐药率较高;溶血葡萄球菌对红霉素的耐药性为100%;白假丝酵母和热带假丝酵母对6种抗真菌药物均有较好的敏感性;淋球菌对青霉素的耐药性均最高,对大观霉素的敏感性最高;环丙沙星对解脲型支原体耐药性最高;人型支原体对四环素和红霉素的耐药性高;沙眼衣原体对红霉素的耐药性最高。结论男性尿道旁腺感染的临床表现以尿频、尿急、尿痛、排尿困难、有灼热感等为主,病原菌种类众多,包括真菌、细菌、淋球菌、支原体、衣原体。对常见的抗菌药物通常具有较高的耐药性,应根据患者的感染种类确定治疗方案。OBJECTIVE To analyze the clinical characteristics,pathogenic bacteria and drug sensitivity of male paraurethral gland infections.METHODS A total of 200 cases of male patients with paraurethral infections who admitted to the Department of Urology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University from Jan.2016 to Dec.2019 were collected.The clinical characteristics,pathogens and drug resistance of patients with paraurethral infections were counted.RESULTS 200 patients with paraurethral infections all had different symptoms of pain and irritation,including frequent urination(30.50%),urgency(29.00%),and secretions at the external urethra(20.00%),among which,52 patients had symptoms 2 or more symptoms.A total of 293 pathogenic bacteria were co-cultured and isolated,of which 59 strains of gram-negative bacteria accounted for 20.14%,mainly Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa;84 strains of gram-positive bacteria accounted for 28.67%,dominating by feces Enterococcus,Staphylococcus aureus,Staphylococcus hemolyticus and Enterococcus faecium;16 strains of fungi accounted for 5.46%;45 strains of Neisseria gonorrhoeae accounted for 15.36%,54 stains of Mycoplasma urealyticum accounted for 18.43%,and 14 strains of Mycoplasma hominis accounted for 4.78%,21 strains of Chlamydia trachomatis accounted for 7.17%.E.coli had the highest resistance to ampicillin;P.aeruginosa had higher resistance to ampicillin and meropenem;E.faecalis was 100%sensitive to teicoplanin.S.aureus was highly resistant to penicillin;S.haemolyticus was 100%resistant to erythromycin;Candida albicans and Candida tropicalis had good sensitivity to 6 antifungal drugs.N.gonorrhoeae had the highest resistance to penicillin and the highest sensitivity to spectinomycin;ciprofloxacin had the highest resistance to Ureaplasma urealyticum;M.hominis had the highest resistance to tetracycline and erythromycin;C.trachomatis had the highest resistance to erythromycin.CONCLUSION The clinical manifestations of male paraurethral gland infections were mainly fre
