摘　　要：对科技的探究成为"科技元勘",也叫科学技术论,它包含一系列先后发展起来的学科。科学传播学、科学伦理学和科学政治学将成为其中的新三论,以区别于原来科学哲学、科学史、科学社会学之老三论。受笛卡尔"普遍数学"的影响,从多种初级学科逐渐蒸馏出当下主流的西方科学。此科学与同期出现的"万能等价物"思想相结合,在帝国主义时代表现出一种权力意志,威胁着天人系统的可持续生存。新三论瞄准的是科学治理而非对"科技做大"的膜拜。Science and technology studies dealing with sci-tech phenomena include a series of disciplines.The purport or interest of the new tri-theories of science communication,ethics of science and politics of science is different from that of the old tri-theories of philosophy of science,history of science and sociology of science.A strong unified science was distilled gradually from multiple primary branches of learning being tampered by Descartes’s universal mathematics.This new western science combined with the concept of universal equivalent in imperialist society becomes a will to power and may threaten the sustainable survival of Gaia system.The new tri-theories aims at social governance of science and technology instead of worshipping their power.
