摘 要:以2-(3,4-二甲氧基苯基)乙腈和1,3-二溴丙烷为原料,在KOH碱性条件下,经过两次亲核取代反应,合成得到目标化合物1-(3,4-二甲氧基苯基)环丁烷甲腈,收率59.3%。产物结构经1H NMR和ESI-MS确证。并对影响产物收率的主要因素进行了考察,确定适宜的反应条件为:物料比n3∶n2=1.2∶1;KOH用量nKOH∶n2=2.6∶1;反应温度为110℃;反应时间3h。Using 2-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)Acetonitrile and 1,3-dibromopropane as raw materials,the target compound 1-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)cyclobutanecarbonitrile was synthesized in a yield of 59.3%by twice nucleophilic substitution reaction in the presence of potassium hydroxide.The structure of the product was confirmed by 1H NMR and ESI-MS.The main factors affecting the yield of the product were investigated.The optimum reaction conditions were determined as follows:The ratio of n3∶n2=1.2∶1;the dosage of potassium hydroxide nKOH∶n2=2.6∶1;the reaction temperature was 110℃;the reaction time was 3hours.
