摘  要:铕广泛用于制造反应堆控制材料和中子防护材料,在制造过程中需要对铕进行快速准确的分析测定,即对Eu(NO3)3溶液中铕进行测量。本实验建立了X射线荧光光谱法测定Eu(NO3)3溶液中铕含量的分析方法。实验结果表明,晶体选择LiF200时,铕的扫描峰具有完整光滑的峰形;准直器选择0.46时,具有较好的谱峰形状和谱峰强度;功率选择60kV×50mA,可以使检测效果达到最优。Eu浓度在10~1000mg·L^(-1)之间,扫描Eu的KA1-HS谱线,以理论浓度为横坐标,计算浓度为纵坐标,得到工作曲线相关系数的平方R2=0.999160。对Eu(NO3)3标准溶液进行测量,测定结果与电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)相比较,测定结果一致。对实际样品进行分析,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)为0.68%。Europium is widely used in the manufacture of reactor control materials and neutron protection materials.In the manufacturing process,it is necessary to analyze europium rapidly and accurately,that is,to measure europium in europium nitrate solution.In this experiment,an analytical method for the determination of europium in europium nitrate solution by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry is established.The experimental results showed that when LiF200 is selected as the crystal,the scanning peak of Europium has a complete and smooth peak shape;when the collimator is selected as 0.46,it has a good peak shape and intensity;when the power is selected as 60kV×50mA,the detection effect can be optimized.When the concentration of Eu is between 10-1000mg·L^(-1),scan the KA1-HS spectrum of Eu,the theoretical concentration is taken as the abscissa,and the calculated concentration is taken as the ordinate,the square R2 of the correlation coefficient of the working curve is 0.999160.Europium nitrate standard solution is measured,the results of this experiment are consistent with those of ICP-AES.For the analysis of actual samples,the relative standard deviation(RSD,n=11)is 0.68%.
