摘 要:目的:研究一种普适性的生物强化法处理低浓度工业废水方案。方法:使用实验室培养菌群强化生化沉淀池中的适应菌群浓度,区分高浓度反应池和低浓度反应池,最终使用生物活性炭过滤器回收排放废水中的微生物。将该方案与传统的酸碱法和复合法进行比较,同时考察不同反应条件下的适应菌群生物活性。结果:高浓度反应时间控制在12~14h,高浓度反应时间在总反应时间中的占比为26%,反应温度控制在22℃,此时可以让该方案的生物活性和反应效率得到最大释放。生物强化法较常规方案在沉淀反应总时间、吨水成本、单位面积处理效率等有一定优势。结论:针对低浓度工业废水的生物强化处理方法,有工程实践价值且可以带来较高的经济效益。OBJECTIVE Studies of a universal biological enhancement method for the treatment of low concentration industrial wastewater.METHODS The adaptive bacterial concentration in the biochemical sedimentation tank was enhanced by laboratory culture bacteria,and the high concentration reaction tank and low concentration reaction tank were distinguished.Finally,the microorganism in the discharged wastewater was recovered by biological activated carbon filter.Compared with the traditional acid-base method and complex method,the biological activity of adapted bacteria under different reaction conditions was also investigated.RESULTS The reaction time of high concentration was controlled within 12~14 hours,the proportion of high concentration reaction time in the total reaction time was 26%,and the reaction temperature was controlled at 22℃.At this time,the biological activity and reaction efficiency of the scheme could be maximized.Compared with conventional methods,bioaugmentation has positive results in the fields of total precipitation reaction time,cost per ton of water and treatment efficiency per unit area.CONCLUSION The biological enhanced treatment of low concentration industrial wastewater has engineering practice value and can bring higher economic benefits.
