摘 要:为了研究低渗透油田改性泡沫酸解堵实验,对研究区东1-10H井投产到泡沫酸解堵施工前后的全过程进行了案例分析。并对土酸酸液(2%HF+10%HCl)+1%起泡剂+2%TW铁离子稳定剂+2%TCS黏土稳定剂+2%ACI缓蚀剂+5%甲醇防水锁剂泡沫酸配方体系的水体配伍性、泡沫稳定性和分流能力实验评价。研究得出:经8h和12h后光照观测,均未发现明显沉淀分层现象。判定为该体系解堵剂配伍性良好。在0.2%起泡剂浓度前提下,会诱导起泡体积成较大增长趋势,后续继续增大药剂浓度,其相应起泡体积增加不显著,实验现场确认,最佳起泡剂浓度为0.2%。分流能力评价实验表明,该种体系能起到完好的作用,有着暂堵分流的效果。在酸化作用中能较为高效的实现酸液的分流,避免酸液剧烈和过量的进入高渗层,从而改善低渗层的酸化效果。In order to study the plugging removal experiment of modified foam acid in low permeability oilfield.Through the case study of the whole process of the East 1-10H well in the study area before and after the foam acid removal and plugging construction.Soil compatibility,foam stability and diffluence capacity of soil acid(2%HF+10%HCl)+1%foaming agent+2%TW iron ion stabilizer+2%TCS clay stabilizer+2%ACI corrosion inhibitor+5%methanol water blocking agent foam acid formulation system were evaluated.The results show that there is no obvious precipitation stratification phenomenon after 8h and 12h illumination observation.It is concluded that the system has good compatibility.Under the premise of 0.2%foaming agent concentration,the foaming volume will increase greatly.If the concentration of foaming agent continues to increase,the corresponding foaming volume will not increase significantly.The optimal concentration of foaming agent is 0.2%.The evaluation experiment of diversion capacity shows that the system can work well and has the effect of temporary plugging and diversion.In the process of acidizing,it can realize the acid diversion efficiently,avoid the acid liquid entering into the high permeability layer violently and excessively,so as to improve the acidizing effect of the low permeability layer.
