摘 要:为有效改善储层的非均质性,对剩余油进行进一步的开发,本文制备了一种低粘缓凝型凝胶。通过三层岩心室内驱油实验,对该凝胶的剖面调整能力和提高采收率的效果进行了验证,并通过改变不同化学剂的段塞组合方式,对注入方案进行了优化。结果表明,聚驱结束后在化学驱阶段注入0.12PV低粘缓凝型凝胶进行调堵能够有效改善储层的非均质性,高渗透层分流率大幅降低,最终采收率较未注入凝胶进行调堵时提高了3.48个百分点;化学驱阶段采用0.08PV低粘缓凝型凝胶+0.2PV高浓度聚合物+0.04PV低粘缓凝型凝胶+0.6PV高浓度聚合物的注入方式,中、低渗透层的分流率大幅上升,采收率相比于注入0.12PV低粘缓凝型凝胶+0.8PV高浓度聚合物的注入方式提高了2.48个百分点。该实验验证了该低粘缓凝型凝胶的调剖性能,确定了最优的注入方案,对该低粘缓凝型凝胶在现场的实际应用有很强的指导意义。In order to effectively adjust the reservoir heterogeneity and further develop the remaining oil,a low viscosity retarded gel was prepared in this paper.The profile adjustment ability and EOR effect of the gel were verified by laboratory oil displacement experiments in three-layer cores.The injection scheme was optimized by changing the slug combination mode of different chemical agents.The results show that the injection of 0.12PV low viscosity retarded gel at the chemical flooding process after polymer flooding can effectively adjust the heterogeneity of the reservoir,significantly reduce the shunt rate of the high permeability layer,and increase the final recovery by 3.48 percentage points compared with that without gel injection.In the chemical flooding process,the injection mode of 0.08PV low viscosity retarded gel+0.2PV high concentration polymer+0.04PV low viscosity retarded gel+0.6PV high concentration polymer was adopted.The shunt rate of the middle and low permeable layers increased significantly,and the recovery increased by 2.48 percentage points compared with the injection mode of 0.12PV low viscosity retarded gel+0.8PV high concentration polymer.The experiment verified the profile control performance of the low viscosity retarded gel,and determined the optimal injection scheme,which has a strong guiding significance for the practical application of the low viscosity retarded gel in the field.
