摘 要:目的研究利用紫外光谱法快速测定阿司匹林中游离水杨酸含量的方法。方法以阿司匹林-水杨酸体系为研究对象,通过采集标准溶液的紫外光谱,确定体系最佳吸光度,并绘制不同浓度对应的标准工作曲线。结果水杨酸在1.0~50.0μg·mL^(-1)的浓度范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9994,3个不同浓度样品的相对标准偏差范围为0.93%~1.20%,样品回收率范围为93.74%~98.64%。结论该法操作简便,试剂廉价易得,适用于大批量阿司匹林中游离水杨酸含量的快速定量测定。OBJECTIVE A rapid determination of free salicylic acid in aspirin by ultraviolet spectroscopy was established.METHODS The aspirin-salicylic acid system was taken as the research object.By collecting the ultraviolet spectrum of the standard solution,the optimum absorbance of the system was determined,and the standard working curves corresponding to different concentrations were drawn.RESULTS The linear relationship of salicylic acid was good in the concentration range of 1.0~50.0μg·mL^(-1),r=0.9994.The relative standard deviation was 0.93%~1.20%for 3 samples with different concentrations,and the recovery was 93.74%~98.64%.Conclusion The method is simple,cheap and easy to obtain.It is suitable for rapid quantitative determination of free salicylic acid in large quantities of aspirin.
