摘　　要：目的:检索并总结年龄相关性黄斑病变(AMD)病人营养支持的证据。方法:检索国内外数据库及相关协会官方网站中有关AMD病人营养支持的文献,对纳入的文献质量进行评价,并对文献进行证据提取。结果:共纳入24篇文献,其中,临床指南12篇,系统评价7篇,随机对照试验1篇,类试验1篇,横断面研究1篇,病例对照研究2篇。总结出最佳证据16条,分为AMD病人营养风险筛查与评定、营养管理内容、营养管理模式、健康宣教4个方面,其中A级推荐12条,B级推荐4条。结论:本研究总结的AMD病人营养支持最佳证据较为全面、具体,可为医务人员的AMD病人营养干预提供循证依据。Objective:To retrieve and summarize the evidences on nutritional supplements of patients with age⁃related macular degeneration(AMD).Methods:Literatures on nutritional supplements of patients with AMD was retrieved from databases in China and abroad and official websites of relevant associations.Then,quality of included literatures was evaluated,and evidences were extracted from literatures.Results:A total of 24 literatures were included,involving 12 clinical guidelines,7 systematic review,1 randomized controlled trial,1 similar trial,1 cross⁃sectional study,and 2 case⁃control studies.A total of 16 pieces of best evidences were summarized,including 4 aspects with nutritional risk screening and assessment of AMD patients,nutritional management content,nutritional management mode,and health education.There were 12 pieces were recommended for level A and 4 pieces for level B.Conclusions:The best evidence of nutritional supplements of AMD patients summarized in this study is comprehensive and specific,which can provide evidence⁃based evidence for medical staff taking nutritional intervention for AMD patients.
