摘　　要：目的:系统评价芳香疗法对维持性血液透析(MHD)病人生活质量的影响。方法:计算机检索The Cochrane Library、PubMed、EMbase、Web of Science、CINAHL、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、万方和维普数据库中有关芳香疗法应用于MHD病人的文献。检索时限为建库至2020年7月31日。对符合标准的文献采用RevMan 5.3软件进行统计分析。结果:最终纳入19项研究,Meta分析结果显示,试验组和对照组MHD病人疲劳[SMD=-0.82,95%CI(-1.36,-0.28),P=0.003]、睡眠质量[MD=-4.97,95%CI(-8.34,-1.61),P=0.004]、焦虑[SMD=-0.90,95%CI(-1.47,-0.34),P=0.002]差异有统计学意义。结论:现有证据表明,芳香疗法可能改善MHD病人疲劳、睡眠质量,减轻焦虑情绪。但受纳入研究数量、质量影响,结论尚需开展更多高质量研究予以验证。Objective:To systematically evaluate the effect of aromatherapy on quality of life of patients with maintained hemodialysis(MHD).Methods:Literatures on application of aromatherapy in maintenance hemodialysis patients,were retrieved from The Cochrane Library,PubMed,EMbase,Web of Science,CINAHL,CBM,CNKI,Wanfang Data and VIP.The retrieval period was from the establishment of databases to 31 July,2020.RevMan 5.3 software was used for statistical analysis of documents that met standards.Results:A total of 19 articles were included.Meta analysis results showed that differences between fatigue[SMD=-0.82,95%CI(-1.36,-0.28),P=0.003],sleep quality[MD=-4.97,95%CI(-8.34,-1.61),P=0.004],anxiety[SMD=-0.90,95%CI(-1.47,-0.34),P=0.002]of MHD patients in experimental group and control group,were statistically significant.Conclusions:Present evidences shows that aromatherapy can improve fatigue and sleep quality of MHD patients,and reduce anxiety of patients.However,limited by number and quality of included researches,above conclusions need to be verified by conducting more high⁃quality studies.
