摘  要:目的:分析复治肺结核患者外周血CD4^(+)、CD25^(+)、Foxp3^(+)T细胞与细胞因子、自由基生成的关系。方法:选择2018年3月-2020年6月在我院就诊的复治肺结核患者和初治肺结核患者分别作为复治组34例和初治组42例,另取同期体检的50名健康者作为对照组。测定外周血中CD4^(+)、CD25^(+)、Foxp3^(+)T细胞的含量以及血清中细胞因子、自由基生成指标的含量。结果:复治组外周血中CD4^(+)、CD25^(+)、Foxp3^(+)T细胞的含量以及血清中高迁移率族蛋白1(HMGB1)、单核细胞趋化蛋白(MCP1)、巨噬细胞刺激蛋白(MSP)、干扰素诱导蛋白10(IP-10)、巨噬细胞炎症蛋白1α(MIP-1α)、总氧化态(TOS)的含量均显著高于对照组和初治组,血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPX)、总抗氧化态(TAS)的含量均显著低于对照组和初治组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复治肺结核患者外周血C D4^(+)、CD25^(+)、Foxp3^(+)T细胞的增多能够造成细胞因子分泌紊乱、自由基生成增多。Objective To study the correlation of CD4^(+),CD25^(+),Foxp3^(+)T cells s in peripheral blood with production of cytokines,free radical of retreated pulmonary tuberculosis patients.Methods The retreated pulmonary tuberculosis patients and the newly treated pulmonary tuberculosis patients in our hospital from March 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the study retreated group and the newly treated group,and the healthy people who had physical examination at the same time were selected as the control group.The content of CD4^(+),CD25^(+),Foxp3^(+)T cells in peripheral blood and the content of cytokines,free radical production index in serum were determined.Results The levels of CD4^(+),CD25^(+),Foxp3^(+)T cells in peripheral blood and the contents of high mobility group 1(HMGB1),monocyte chemoattractant protein(MCP1),macrophage stimulating protein(MSP),interferon-inducible protein 10(IP-10),and Macrophage inflammatory protein 1α(MIP-1α)in serum of retreated group were significantly higher than newly treated group and control group,whereas the contents of glutathione peroxidase(GPX),total antioxidant status(TAS)in serum were significantly lower than those in control group and newly treated group.CD4^(+),CD25^(+),Foxp3^(+)T cells were positively correlated with HMGB1,MCP1,MSP,IP-10,MIP-1α,TOS and negatively correlated with GPX and TAS.Conclusion The increase of CD4^(+),CD25^(+),Foxp3^(+)T cells in peripheral blood of retreated pulmonary tuberculosis patients can cause the disorder of cytokine secretion and the increase of free radical production.
