摘 要:为研究混合动力汽车整车控制策略,并实现整车控制器的工程设计与量产应用,按照V流程开发的控制器的软硬件平台是关键。基于MPC5744P或TC1782F微控制器开发的软硬件平台、INCA标定软件及配套工具,可以实现应用层与底层软件集成、基于CCP协议在线标定、Boot Loader下载等功能。开发出的控制器及标定工具在整车上进行混合动力整车控制试验,对比结果表明策略设计合理,控制精度符合要求,控制器满足研发需求。In order to study the whole vehicle control strategy of hybrid electric vehicle and realize the engineering design and mass production application of the whole vehicle controller,the software and hardware platform of the controller developed according to.the V process is the keySoftware and hardware platform,INCA calibration software and supporting tools developed based on MPC5744P or TC1782F microcontroller can realize the integration of application layer and underlying software,online calibration based on CCP protocol,Boot Loader download and other functions.The developed controller and calibration tool were used in the control test of the hybrid vehicle.The comparison results showed that the strategy design was reasonable,the control precision met the requirements,and the controller met the research and development requirements.
