湖南省贫困县村民健康意识与健康状况的调查与思考

摘　　要：为了解湖南省贫困地区人群的健康意识与健康状况,为后续的精准扶贫提供针对性对策。本课题组深入贫困村开展义诊活动,主要包括对村民的身体进行检查,对村民的健康认知水平和态度进行调查。结果显示:村民中健康知识匮乏者81.42%,了解者18.58%;疾病状态64.42%,亚健康状态26.00%,健康状态9.58%;体检指标异常率分别为:血压45.92%,血糖25.67%,乙肝两对半6.42%,甘油三酯27.33%,ASO/RF0.58%。高血压、高血糖、高血脂的异常率高于全国平均水平,其知晓率和控制率低,"三高"问题将成为湖南省贫困县精准健康扶贫领域的重要公共卫生问题。因此,要针对贫困县村民的健康危险因素,加大健康教育宣传力度。It is to understand the health awareness and health status of the population in the poverty-stricken areas of Hunan province and to provide targeted measures for targeted poverty alleviation in the future.The study group went to poor villages to carry out free clinic activities,including physical examinations of villagers,and surveys of villagers’health awareness and attitudes.The result showed that 81.42%of the villagers were deficient in health knowledge,18.58%of them with health knowledge.64.42%of them were in the diseased state,26.00%in the subhealth state and 9.58%in the health state.Their abnormal rates of physical examination were respectively 45.92%for blood pressure,25.67%for blood glucose,6.42%for Hepatitis B,27.33%for triglycerides,and 0.58%for ASO/RF.The abnormal rates of hypertension,hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia are higher than the national average level,and their awareness rates and control rates are low.The problems caused by hypertension,hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia will become an important public health problem in the field of targeted health poverty alleviation in the poverty-stricken counties in Hunan province.Health education should be strengthened on the health risk factors of villagers in the poverty-stricken counties.
