摘　　要：本文分析了广东海洋自然资源资产化管理现状,认为广东虽然在制度建设、资产调查等方面做了大量工作,但仍然存在资源情况不清、资源产权模糊、缺乏市场定价机制、产权交易市场不成熟等现实障碍。建议从摸清海洋自然资源家底、完善海洋自然资源资产产权体系、建立海洋自然资源资产价值评估机制和资产保值增值管理体系等几个方面来完善广东海洋自然资源资产化管理。This paper analyzes the current situation of marine natural resources asset management in Guangdong Province. The author points out that although Guangdong has done a lot of work in system construction and asset investigation, there are still some practical obstacles such as unclear resource situation, fuzzy resource property rights, lack of market pricing mechanism, immature property rights trading market and so on.In order to improve the asset management of marine natural resources in Guangdong Province, we should find out the background of natural resources, establish the property right system of marine natural resources assets, evaluate the value of marine natural resources assets and establish a complete management mechanism for maintaining and increasing the value of marine natural resources assets.
