摘  要:稀土矿开采形成的尾砂是导致稀土矿区生态环境恶化和阻碍区域经济发展的主要原因,也是当前生态修复领域关注的重点问题之一。稀土尾矿经多年治理,生态效益初显,但与经济产业相结合的可持续治理模式尚未形成。樟树(Cinnamomum Camphora)是南方红壤区的乡土树种,因其富含植物精油而被大面积推广,已逐渐成为南方林业的主导树种之一。在系统总结稀土尾矿生态修复现状及已有成果的基础上,分析了香料用樟树区域分布、生态特性及产业的发展现状,论证了樟树在稀土尾矿环境生长的可能性,且提出了在稀土尾矿生态治理中发展香樟精油产业的可行性。旨在为稀土尾矿的生态修复与产业发展寻求新的治理思路,这将对推进稀土尾矿生态修复的可持续发展、助力乡村振兴战略具有重要的实践意义。The rare-earth tailings caused by mining are the main cause of ecological environment deterioration and retarding regional economic development.The ecological benefits in rare-earth tailings have shown better vegetation coverage after years of restoration treatments.Based on a systematic review of the status and achievements of ecological restoration in rare earth tailings,this paper analyzed the possibility of Cinnamomum Camphora for spice grown in the environment of rare earth tailing,and put forward the feasibility of developing the camphor oil industry in the ecological management of rare earth tailing.It aims to seek a new governance idea for the combination of rare earth tailings ecological restoration and industrial development,which has an important significance in practice for promoting the sustainable management of ecological restoration in rare earth mining areas and the mountain industry development,as well as realizing the rural revitalization strategy.
