普通本科高校大学生就业意愿及其影响因素研究——以江西省高校为例

摘　　要：基于二元Logistic模型对江西省普通本科高校大学生就业意愿及其影响因素进行实证分析,研究结果显示,具有就业意愿的学生占被调查学生的61.27%。其中,被调查大学生的性别、户籍、就业区域、意愿薪资水平、班级综合成绩排名、课外训练参与情况以及社会兼职参与情况与就业意愿呈现显著的相关关系。基于本文实证结果,针对显著性影响因素提出四条政策建议。Based on the binary logistic model,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the employment intention and its influencing factors of undergraduates in Jiangxi Province.The results show that students with employment willingness account for 61.27%of the students surveyed.Among them,the gender,household registration,employment area,expecting salary level,class comprehensive score ranking,participation in extracurricular training and social part-time participation of the investigated college students present significant correlation with employment intention.Based on the empirical results of this paper,four relevant policy recommendations are proposed according to significant influencing factors.
